Steven runs a school of technology and management that provides ICT knowledge to children, youth, and adults, as well as business management skills to entrepreneurs. He has been running his vocational school since 2004, especially to help school dropouts. Subjects that are taught include computer technics, computer science, accounting and financial management, and entrepreneurship. Steven also provides consulting services and advises students and other clients on how to become more efficient and improve business revenues. Finally, Steven helps graduate students in accounting find internships through linking them with entrepreneurs who are in need of their services.
Through his students, Steven realizes the shortcomings of many local businesses in keeping records of income and expenses and he has decided to print a prototype book on record keeping to help entrepreneurs improve their business accounting and management. His book is already being successfully sold and he requires a loan to keep printing copies. The profits are intended to be reinvested in his vocational school.
